About our Loyalty Program
Loyalty status is activated when the amount of services used reaches 100.000 HUF.
Our system will count the amount you spend from your first visit and you will be informed by email of your activation as a Loyalty Customer.
If you want your family members to enjoy our discounted prices, we offer you 2 options: you can book an appointment for them under your profile when booking an appointment or you can create a separate profile for them if they are over 18.
For new registrations, we can activate the registration by confirming the email address.
Conditions for participation in the Loyalty Program:
- residence in Hungary,
- 18 years of age,
- provide exact name, phone number, email address,
- approval of our Privacy Policy.
Participation in the A-list loyalty program is voluntary.
Conditions for participation in the Loyalty programme:
- notify you by email of your booked time,
- changing your date,
- any cancelled dates,
- we send 6 promotional system messages a year about the latest discounts, new colleague arrivals, prize draws, fundraising,
- send a non-newsletter letter for informations and promotions.
Termination of Loyalty satus:
- if you do not use our salon service within 1 year (365 days), (of course you have the possibility to reach this limit again to upgrade your status to Loyalty status)
- if you do not comply with our booking policy in the event of a delay or cancellation or no-show.
By participating in the Loyalty Program, you will contribute to:
- Reference pictures (from hairstyles, nails, cometics) of services provided by A-list salons, with your consent, may be included in marketing materials of A-list Salon & Spa,
- the A-list Salon & Spa makes its own decision from the participation in the program and the benefits,
- A-list can modify, limit, or discontinue the program and its rules, benefits and terms and conditions by posting modified rules on this page at any time,
- Continuation of membership after the publication of the amended rules shall be construed as acceptance thereof.
